Another good YF thread - this time about the cost of getting cards - apparently Capital Football may have doubled their fines.
How about this sad story:
'1st red card - sent off for hear say
2nd red card - saying what the f**k is that for
3rd red card- "this is f**king ridiculous"
4th Red card - failing to leave touchline after card
5th card - never got shown but from players and coaches alike ripping into ref at aftermatch'
One other guy claims to have racked up $900 in a season and a half.
The good news that only official refs have the balls to send people off, and to impose the mandatory fines. I wonder how some of our offences would have gone gown with an official ref - Mike's tackle last week surely would have been sent (and cost him a couple of hundy!), a bit of ref abuse would have been punished. Anything else?
